Pocketalk Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Pocketalk.net of the Pocketalk translation device (the “Pocketalk Device”) for any reason, you may request a full refund at any time within 30 days of the purchase date (the “Return Period”).

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must request a return authorization number (“RMA”) from the Sourcenext customer service team within the Refund Period . To request a RMA, please contact Customer Service here.
  • You must return the Pocketalk Device to Sourcenext in “like-new” physical condition (not damaged in any way).
  • You must include along with the returned Pocketalk Device all accessories that were included with the Pocketalk Device for no additional fee (for example, the charger) (the “Included Accessories”).
  • You must include the RMA along with the returned Pocketalk Device.

Please also note that:

  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as sales tax, customs, or VAT) are not refundable.
  • You are responsible for and must pre-pay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Pocketalk Device while in transit back to Sourcenext.
  • If you return a Pocketalk Device to Sourcenext (a) without a RMA and/or (b) without all Included Accessories, Sourcenext retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Pocketalk Device or the retail value of the missing Included Accessories, whichever is higher.
  • Purchases of Pocketalk accessories other than Included Accessories (for example, SIM Cards, lanyards, pouches, cases, screen protectors) are final and non-refundable.
  • Items purchased from anywhere other than pocketalk.net, such as at retail or other online stores, are not subject to this Return Policy. Return policies of such sellers may vary and restocking or other fees may apply. Please contact the seller directly for its return policy information.

If you purchased from a third party re-seller, please refer to their return policy as this varies accordingly.

Right Of Withdrawal

As per art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU and/or national implementation legislation thereof, you have the right to withdraw from any Agreement within 14 days, starting on the day after you (or a third party nominated by you to receive the Product) takes physical possession of the Product (“Withdrawal”).

Withdrawal must be communicated to Sourcenext via an unequivocal notice thereof, delivered via any of the means of communications listed under “Vendor Identity and Contact Information”, above. A model Withdrawal Form is included below, though you are not obligated to use the form. You are not required to give any reason for Withdrawal.

The Product, including all accessories and contained within its original packaging, must be dispatched via post or courier (at your personal discretion) to Sourcenext within fourteen days of the notification of Withdrawal. All postage costs associated with returning the Product are payable by you.

The Customer is responsible for ensuring the Product is not damaged before it is returned to Sourcenext. If Sourcenext detects any damage (including cosmetic damage) to the Product upon its return that was not reasonably caused during transport, Sourcenext may refund an amount less than the purchase price to reflect the reduction in retail value.

Any refund payment due for Withdrawals shall be refunded via the same payment method as the original payment made through.
