When you use our Services, we collect the following types of information:
Information You Provide Us
Some information is required to create an account or to otherwise use our Services, such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and password. You may also choose to provide other types of information as permitted by the Services, such as information for your profile on the Services.
Ordering and Shipping Information
If you order any products from us, we will collect information you provide for purposes of ordering and shipping, such as your shipping address, email address, phone number and other information you may provide.
If you contact us or participate in a survey, contest, or promotion, we collect the information you submit such as your name, email address, contact information, and message. You may also choose to grant us access to your exercise or activity data from another service. You can stop sharing the information from the other service with us by removing our access to that other service.
Information We Receive From Your Use of Our Services
Pocketalk Device Information
Your Pocketalk device collects the translations created by your use of the device. When your device syncs with our software, data recorded on your device is transferred from your device to our servers and is stored in our Pocketalk Center. In addition, the Services will automatically collect your device ID, IP address, and related information.
The Services include features that use precise location data, including GPS signals, device sensors, Wi-Fi access points, and cell tower IDs. We collect this type of data if you grant us access to your location. We may also derive your approximate location from your IP address.
When you access or use our Services, we receive certain usage data. This includes information about your interaction with the Services, for example, when you, create or log into your account. We also collect data about the devices and computers you use to access the Services, including IP addresses, browser type, language, operating system, Pocketalk or mobile device information (including device and application identifiers), the referring web page, pages visited, location (depending on the permissions you have granted us), and cookie information.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect in a number of ways, including to provide, improve, support, and modify our Services, and to otherwise enhance your use of Pocketalk and our other Services.
To Provide, Improve, Support, and Modify Services
We use information we collect to provide the Services, improve the Services, support your use of the Services, and conduct research and develop to modify our existing Services and to develop new services. For example, we may use the information to provide you with the Services you request, provide customer support, troubleshoot and protect against errors, perform data analysis and testing, conduct research and surveys, and develop new features and Services.
When you allow us to collect precise location information, we use that information to provide and improve features of the Services such as mapping an activity and collecting data on most travelled locations to improve service moving forward.
To Communicate With You
We use your information to respond to you when you contact us. We also use your information to send you notifications regarding the Services and inform you of new features or products we think you would be interested in. You can control some marketing communications and Services notifications by adjusting your account settings or you can use the “Unsubscribe” link in an email.
To Promote Safety and Security
We use the information we collect to promote the safety and security of the Services, our users, and other individuals and entities. For example, we may use the information to authenticate users, facilitate secure payments, protect against fraud and abuse, respond to a legal request or claim, conduct audits, and enforce our terms and policies.
Cookies, Log Files, Web Beacons, and Third-Party Advertisements
We also collect information, such as IP address, browser type, reference URL, and time engaged on the Sites, from log files. Information collected from the log files is used to analyze and detect trends among users and to manage the Sites.
We may also collect information using “Web beacons” or “gifs.” These are electronic images that may be used in the Services or in email to deliver cookies, count visits and to tell if an email has been opened and actioned. In addition, the Services may include third party advertisements. These ads may be served by third party advertising companies that deliver cookies to your computer, allowing these companies to track the ads. As a result, these companies will be able to recognize your computer when they send you an advertisement. These advertisers may use information about your use of our Services in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you.

How We Share Information
Disclosure of Your Personal Information
Your personal information will not be disclosed outside of Sourcenext and its affiliates, (including Sourcenext Corporation in Japan and which may include other affiliates in other countries) other than as approved by you or as follows:
- With your consent. This may occur, for example, when you agree (such as in this Policy) to allow us to share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes and subject to their privacy policies.
- To engage third parties to perform services on Sourcenext’s behalf. This may occur, for example, when we use a third party to send you emails. These third parties are not permitted to use your personal information for any purpose other than providing services to us.
- As permitted by or to comply with law or to protect rights. We may release your personal information as permitted by law or if we believe that doing so is appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce or exercise our rights or to protect our, our users’ or other third parties’ property, rights or safety.
- In aggregate and anonymous form. We may share aggregate and anonymous information about you with advertisers, publishers and other third parties
- In connection with a corporate transaction. We may share your personal information in connection with any merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate combination or financing.
How to Access Or Delete You Personal Information
You can delete your account at any time by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that it may take a bit of time to delete your account information, and we may preserve it for legal reasons or to prevent harm, including as described in this Policy
Third-party Analytics and Advertising Services
International Transfer of Information
Sourcenext may transfer information (including personal information) that we collect about you to our affiliates or to other third parties that may be outside of your country. Please note that such locations may have laws governing data collection and use that differ from U.S. law and that you are transferring information and allowing us or others to transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. and Japan and the use and disclosure of information about you, including personal information, as described in this Policy.
Policies Regarding Minors
Persons under the age of 18, or such higher age of majority in the individual’s jurisdiction, are not permitted to create an account. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a minor, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. Parents or other legal guardians who believe that their child has submitted personal information to us and would like to have it deleted may contact us at email@example.com.
Sourcenext understands the importance of information security and implements reasonable security measures to protect the security of your information.
It is important that you protect and maintain the security of your account and that you immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. If you forget the password to your account, the Services allow you to ask for instructions on how to reset your password.
Although Sourcenext takes reasonable precautions against possible security breaches of our websites and records, no transmission is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. We strongly recommend that you take steps to keep your personal information secure (including your account password), and to log out of your account after use. Modifications to This Policy
Sourcenext may modify this Policy from time to time. We will post all changes to this Policy on this page or another location within the Sites and the modified policy will specify its effective date.
